LearnxDesign Research Paper (Design Research + Writing)

An article I worked on and published in the LearnxDesign 2021 (Design Research Society) conference was awarded the top research paper. The article centered on the differences between visual and written research papers, under the title, “Exploring the Experiential Reading Differences between Visual and Written Research Papers.” You can find the article here.


I researched, wrote, and developed the graphics for the article, as seen in the example below. My primary focus of the writing was secondary research and the history of academic publishing.
